Work Order by Operation
Output of each production operation broken down by employee: who did how much, and what it cost. For comparing productivity between employees on the same step.
Questions It Answers
- Who worked operation X, and how many units each?
- What is the total labour cost of one production step?
- Is the load of one operation spread evenly across employees?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Start Date, Actual Completion Date | Work orders started from (>=) and finished up to (<=) those dates. |
| Production Operation | One operation from the master. |
| Production Order | Order number - exact or partial. |
| Employee | Pre-filled with the employee linked to the user account; clear it to see everyone. |
How To Read It
One block per production operation; rows per employee: Code, Name, Quantity, Unit, Labour Cost = quantity x operation rate.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Only work recorded through the work-order form (employee + quantity) counts; work without per-employee entry is absent.
- The rate used is the work order's operation rate at the time, not today's master rate.
- The pre-filled Employee filter makes users see only themselves - clear it when allowed to see everyone.
