Work Order Approaching Deadline
Work orders (work operations per production order) approaching their deadline, drawn as a timeline per operation. Finer than Production Nearing Deadline: one production order can have several bars.
Questions It Answers
- Which work operations must be done within the next few days?
- At which step is production order X stuck?
- Which work center is busiest ahead of deadlines?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Department | Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Deadline in Days | Days between the deadline and today: positive not yet due, negative overdue. E.g. <= 3 for those due within three days, < 0 for late ones. |
| Status | The work order status (not the production order): default In Production. |
How To Read It
The result is a timeline chart, not a table: one row per work operation, its bar spanning Order Date to Expected Completion Date, labelled with the production order number. The same data (ordered, failed, produced quantities) is carried but not shown as columns.
The chart is for reading on screen; its export is an image, not figures.
Why The Result May Be Empty
- Division and department come from the parent production order.
- Work orders without a deadline drop out when the Deadline in Days filter is used.
