Vehicle Maintenance Part
Parts used in each vehicle service: product, quantity, unit cost, subtotal. For seeing which spare parts are replaced most often and at what price.
Questions It Answers
- Which parts are replaced most often on vehicle X?
- What was the last unit price of tyres bought through a service?
- Which services used a given product?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the services. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Vehicle | One vehicle from the master. |
| Supplier | Workshop/fuel station as supplier; pre-filled from the role's default supplier when set. |
| Product | One spare-part product from the Product master. |
| Vehicle Maintenance Category | One service category. |
How To Read It
One row per part per service: Code (service number), Service Date Time, Vehicle, Supplier, Vehicle Maintenance Category, Product, Description, Quantity, Unit, Unit Cost, Subtotal, Notes.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Parts without a product code (typed freely in Description) still show, but cannot be filtered by Product.
- There is no status filter: parts from Draft or Cancelled services show too.
- The Subtotal sum here equals Parts Cost in the Vehicle Maintenance report for the same service.
