Student Report Card (For Parent)
One student's report card for sharing with parents: looked up by Student ID Number, without the student picker. Same content as Student Report Card.
Questions It Answers
- How do I print my child's report card with their ID number?
- Which scores are on this semester's report card?
- Why is a subject missing?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| School Level | One level (e.g. primary, junior) from the master. |
| Learning Period | Semester/school year whose scores are printed. |
| Class | One class (e.g. grade 7) in that level. |
| Subclass | One classroom group (e.g. 7-A). |
| Student ID Number | Required, typed exactly - this report is for one student. |
How To Read It
One page per student: header (ID, name, class, school year), then the score table.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rows | One row per subject, grouped by Subject Group. |
| Exam columns | One column per exam type from the Exam master (quiz, midterm, final, ...); values as entered in Score Input. |
| Remarks | Per-subject note when filled. |
| Total, Average | Sum and average per exam column across subjects - column arithmetic, not a weighted final grade. |
| Signatures | Homeroom teacher (from Subclass), dormitory head (for boarding students), headmaster (from School Level). |
Why The Report Card May Differ
- Subjects with no scores entered for that period do not appear - the card is built from score data, not from the curriculum.
- A weighted final grade (e.g. 30% quiz + 30% midterm + 40% final) is not computed; the average shown is a plain column average.
- The headmaster name is blank when the School Level has no headmaster set; the homeroom teacher is blank when the Subclass has none.
