Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Required. Holdings up to this date; the per-share value comes from the latest valuation up to the same date. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Stockholder | Name from the shareholder's user account; only balances > 0, largest first. |
| Number of Shares | Purchases minus sales/transfers up to the filter date. |
| Ownership Percentage | That holder's shares / total shares of all holders x 100. |
| Stock Value | Per-share value from the latest Stock Valuation document. |
| Total Value | Number of Shares x Stock Value; the footer sums it all. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- With no Stock Valuation document up to that date, Stock Value and Total Value are zero - the share counts are still right.
- The percentage uses shares outstanding, not authorised capital; after a new offering sells, everyone's percentage shifts.
- A holder who has disposed of all shares leaves the list; their history is in Stock Histories.
