Stock Histories

Questions It Answers
- When did holder X buy their shares, and how many each time?
- To whom were shares transferred?
- Who recorded this share transaction?

| Invoice, Date | Share transaction number and date. |
| Buy Shares, Sell Shares | Shares coming in (purchase from an offering or transfer in) and going out (sold/transferred). |

| Notes, Created By, Edited By | Memo and its users. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Shares are recorded, not money; the money value = shares x Stock Value on the date of interest.
- Transfers between holders are not journalled (no cash passes through the company) - so they are absent from the General Ledger, present only here.
- Shareholder names come from user accounts; a holder without an account shows by code.
