- How much profit did each rep generate?

| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Period | Required. One Sales Commission document (description, from-to dates). |
How To Read It
Header: period, date range, division, currency, posting status. One row per rep.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sales Target, Actual, Achievement | Typed target, turnover from Process (after deduction toggles), and Actual / Target x 100%. |
| Profit | Gross profit from that rep's sales in the period. |
| Transaction, Product, Receivable Commission, Total Commission | Result of each Commission Rule category and their sum. |
| Paid Commission | The commission that may be paid now - equals Total when Commission Follows Payment is off; proportional to payments when on. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- This report reads the period document's last Process result, it does not recompute - sales entered afterwards do not show until processed again.
- Actual can be lower than Sales by Division, Sales Representative, and Product because returns/discounts are deducted and the paid-in-full condition applies per the document toggles.
- A period posted to payroll is locked; its figures are final.
