Sales by Division, Shipment, and Invoice
The list of invoices each courier or fleet must carry, without product detail or values. The loading list for the carrier.
Questions It Answers
- Which invoices go out through carrier X today?
- How many invoices must a given vehicle load, and for which customers?
- Which invoices carry special delivery notes?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the invoices. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Shipment | One carrier/fleet from the Shipments master; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
| Sales Representative | One sales rep only; pre-filled from the role's default when set. |
How To Read It
Nested result: Division > Shipment > invoice rows with number, date, customer, rep, and invoice memo. An edited memo is marked. No value columns - for value per shipment use Sales by Division, Shipment, and Product.
Source: Sales invoices and POS cashier receipts that are approved (when the approval workflow is on). Returns are not deducted here - see the Sales Return reports.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- These are invoices, not delivery notes: a delivery made through the Delivery Order form without an invoice is absent - see the Delivery Order report.
- Invoices without a shipment are grouped under a blank shipment.
- Documents still waiting for approval are not counted. If the approval workflow is on and the figures look low, check the Approval Queue.
