Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Invoice | Payroll Period document number. Empty means every document - one slip each. |
How To Read It
One slip per document: header (number, date, division, employee group, employee code and name), component table, then totals.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Salary Component, Debit, Credit | Each component from the Salary Structure: additions (basic, allowances, overtime) in Debit, deductions (loans, insurance) in Credit. |
| Total Salary | Total Debit - Total Credit = take-home pay, also written in words. |
| Created By, Received By | Document creator and the recipient signature line. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- The slip is built from an already-computed Payroll Period document; changing the Salary Structure afterwards does not change old slips.
- Zero-value components still show when they are in the document.
- This report does not filter on document approval status.
