Payroll per Component
Totals of each salary component (basic, allowances, deductions) per employee over a period. For insurance, income-tax, or specific allowance recaps.
Questions It Answers
- What is the total insurance deduction for all employees this month?
- Who receives allowance X, and how much?
- What is the total basic salary per component?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |

| Date | Date range of salary records (Payroll Period document date). |
| Employee Group | One group from the master. |
| Payroll Components | One component from the Salary Component master. |
How To Read It
One block per salary component; rows per employee: Code, Name, Address, Occupation, Debit, Credit, Salary Balance (Debit - Credit).
Source: salary records produced by Payroll Period documents. Employees without a payroll document in the period are absent.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- The Employee Group filter limits employees inside each component, not the components.
- The date follows the Payroll Period document date, not the intended salary month; a January payroll dated 2 February lands in February.
- This report does not filter on document approval status.
