Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the collections. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Payment Type | Cash, bank, giro, etc. - from the Payment Type master. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invoice | Number of the Receivable Collection document - not the sales invoice number. |
| Amount | Value received. |
| Payment Type | Cash/bank the money went to. |
| Reference | The sales invoices settled by this collection, from the document detail. |
| Memo | Document memo. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Only documents from the Receivable Collection form. Payments recorded on the invoice Payments tab or at the till are not here - for all money in, use Customer Payment Report.
- The date read is the document date, not the accepted date; Customer History uses the accepted date.
- One collection can settle many invoices; the row count here is documents, not invoices.
