Stock Transfer by Invoice
Every Stock Transfer document: from which division/department to which, which products, how many. For matching shipments between warehouses to their receipt.
Questions It Answers
- What was sent from warehouse A to warehouse B this week?
- Which transfer documents contain a given product?
- Has every shipment to the outlet been recorded as a transfer?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Up to a date (<=) or a range (between). |
| From Division, From Department | Origin of the goods; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| To Division, To Department | Destination; pre-filled from the role default when set - clear it to see every destination. |
| Product Code | One product only - handy for tracing the history of a single item. |

| Product Group | One group from the Product Group master. |
How To Read It
One row per product per document: Transaction Date, From Division, From Department, To Division, To Department, Invoice, Product Code, Product Name, Serial Number, Expiration Date, Unit, Memo, Quantity. No money values - transfers do not change company inventory value.
Source: approved Stock Transfer form documents (when the approval workflow is on).
Why The Numbers May Differ
- A role with default division/department gets origin AND destination pre-filled to the same place - an empty result. Clear one of them.
- Unapproved documents are absent and their stock has not moved yet.
- For totals per product without document detail, use Stock Transfer Summary.
