Goods Receipt Report by Supplier and PO
Goods Receipt documents per division with products and quantities - no money values. For the warehouse: what arrived, when, from which PO.
Questions It Answers
- What did the warehouse receive today?
- Which receipts contain a given product?
- Which receipts have been made for PO number X?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the receipts. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Department | Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Product Code | One product only - handy for tracing the history of a single item. |
| Purchase Order | PO number - exact (=) or partial (like). The fastest way to see every receipt of one order. |
How To Read It
Nested result: Division > Receipt document (number, supplier, date, PO number) > product rows with Code, Name, Quantity, Unit. No price columns - this report is about physical goods.
This report is identical to Goods Receipt - same filters, layout, and columns. The name promises grouping by supplier and PO, but what shows is still per division and per receipt document. Use either one.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Only documents from the Goods Receipt form. Purchases invoiced directly without a receipt are absent - see Purchases by Division, Invoice, and Product.
- The Product Code and Department filters limit lines, not documents.
- This report does not filter on approval status.
