| Fixed Asset Group | One group from the Fixed Asset Group master. |
| Purchase Price | Filter by acquisition cost (=, between, >=, <=). |
| Current Value | Filter by book value - e.g. = 0 for fully depreciated assets. |
| Status | Active or inactive (sold/disposed). |
How To Read It
Nested result: Division > Department > Fixed Asset Group > asset rows.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Code, Name, Description, Acquisition date | Asset identity from the Fixed Asset master. |
| Purchase Price, Useful Life (yrs), Depreciation Rate, Salvage Value | Depreciation basis from the master. |
| Depreciation | Accumulated depreciation: sum of credits on the asset's depreciation records up to the filter date. |
| Current Value | Book value: debit - credit of the depreciation records (cost minus accumulation). |
| Journal Voucher, Journal Date | The acquisition journal. |
| Active | Asset status. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Depreciation only grows when the Fixed Asset Depreciation process is run for the period; unprocessed assets show zero depreciation however old they are.
- Assets with an empty division/department in the master fall into no branch and are not shown.
- Book value here comes from depreciation records, not from the fixed-asset account balance on the Balance Sheet; they differ when manual journals hit the asset account.
