Customer Reward Points Balance
Each customer's remaining points as of a date, highest first. For the loyalty programme: who can redeem, and how many points the company owes.
Questions It Answers
- How many points does customer X hold now?
- Who are the customers with the most points?
- What is the total of redeemable points outstanding?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Position as of a date (up to and including), not a range. Empty means today. |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customer Code, Name, Address | One row per customer; only those with a balance above zero. |
| Point Balance | Points earned from sales (Point Reward Rules) minus points used as payment, up to the filter date. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Points are granted when the invoice is saved under the rules in force then; changing the rules does not recompute old points.
- Returns reduce points when the point rule says so; check the point history on the return note if a balance drops unexpectedly.
- Customers at zero are not listed - that does not mean they never earned points.
