Trade Receivables Summary
Total receivable per customer on one row, next to the credit limit. For deciding who may still buy on credit.
Questions It Answers
- What is each customer's total receivable as of this date?
- Which customers have exceeded their credit limit?
- What is the company's total receivable today?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Position as of a date (up to and including), not a range. Empty means today. |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customer Code, Name, Address | One row per customer. |
| Credit Limit | Credit limit from the Customer master. Compare directly with the Receivable column. |
| Receivable | Sum of all of that customer's open invoices up to the filter date, in the default currency. Only customers with a balance above zero are listed. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Customers who overpaid (negative balance) are not shown here - see Accounts Receivable per invoice.
- The total equals the Accounts Receivable report with Balance > 0; when it differs, the date or division filters usually differ.
- The credit limit does not account for SOs not yet invoiced.
