Peak Hours
Tickets issued per hour of the day (or a range of days), with finished, no-show, and wait per hour - then which services were busy in that hour. The basis for staff scheduling.
Questions It Answers
- At which hour do most visitors arrive?
- In the peak hour, which service absorbs the queue?
- Does the longest wait happen at the same hour every day?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Required. A range (between) or one-sided; the ticket date. |
| Division | One division; empty = all. |
| Queue Service | One service; empty = all. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Hour | Hour the ticket was issued (0-23), summed across the days in the range. |
| Tickets Issued, Finished, No Show | Tickets issued in that hour and their outcome. |
| Average Wait, Longest Wait (min) | From tickets issued in that hour. |
| Service, Share % | Per-service breakdown for that hour: tickets issued and share. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- The hour follows issue time, not call time; a visitor arriving 09:50 and called 10:20 counts in hour 9.
- A multi-day range sums the same hour across days - for a weekly pattern, pick one weekday only.
