How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Tickets | All tickets of the service in the period. |
| No Show, Transferred, Cancelled, No Show % | Count of each outcome and the no-show share of total. |
| Average Calls (x) | How many times a no-show ticket was called on average before skipping. |
| Ticket rows | Number, Status, Counter, Issued, Wait (min), Called (x) for each no-show/transferred/cancelled ticket. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Average Calls below 2 means officers skip without recalling - make Recall a habit.
- Cancelled tickets come from a quota running out or a service closing while tickets were still waiting.
- A transferred ticket creates a new ticket in the target service; both count in their own service's Total.
