Counter & Officer Performance
How many each counter and each officer served, average and longest service time, no-shows, transfers, and recalls. The basis for counter-staff review.
Questions It Answers
- Which counter is slowest at serving?
- Which officer finishes the most tickets?
- Which counter recalls most often (customers not hearing)?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Required. A range (between) or one-sided; the ticket date. |
| Division | One division; empty = all. |
| Counter | One counter; empty = all. |
How To Read It
One block per counter (by counter number), then a row per officer who handled tickets at that counter, most served first.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Served | Tickets with status Finished. |
| No Show, Transferred | Tickets skipped or transferred from this counter. |
| Average Serve, Longest Serve (min) | From the service time of finished tickets (zeros excluded). |
| Recalls | Calls beyond the first. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- A ticket belongs to the counter that handled it last; a transferred ticket counts at the origin counter as Transferred.
- Serve On Call services (cashiers) have service time = call to finish, since there is no Start Serving step.
- An empty officer means the ticket was handled without a recorded login session.
