Purchase Requisition Per Supplier
Purchase requests summarised per supplier and division: how many requisitions, how many lines, quantity requested, processed, remaining, and estimated value. For building combined POs per supplier.
Questions It Answers
- Which supplier has the most requests piling up unordered?
- What estimated value is about to be spent with each supplier?
- How many request lines have no supplier and need completing first?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the requisitions. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Supplier | The supplier on the request line. |
| Status | Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, Processed, or Cancelled. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Supplier, Division | One row per supplier-and-division pair. Lines without a supplier are grouped under a blank name. |
| Requisition count, line count | How many distinct requisition documents, and how many product lines, name that supplier. |
| Quantity, Processed, Remaining Qty | Sums of requested, already-on-PO, and remaining quantities - across products, so units are mixed. |
| Estimated Value | Sum of the estimated value of all its lines. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Quantities are summed across products and units - useful as a volume gauge only, not for ordering as-is.
- Per-product detail is in the Purchase Requisition report with the same Supplier filter.
