Product Price List
Selling price list of every product per unit - to hand to sales staff, print at the cashier, or check before a promotion. One row per product, with the prices of all its units side by side in one column.
Questions Answered
- What is product X's selling price per piece, per dozen, per box?
- What are the prices of a particular brand or factory's products?
- Which products carry a default discount in the master data?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Product Group, Brand, Factory, Author | Restricts the list to one group, brand, factory, or author (for books). |
| Product Code | One product only - handy for tracing the history of a single item. |
| Active | On by default: active products only. Turn it off to include inactive products. |
How to Read the Result
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Number, Product Code, Product Name, Brand | Ordered by product code. |
| Selling Price | One line per unit, from the smallest unit up: level-1 price/unit, plus "DISC x%" if that unit has a default selling discount in the master data. |
Only the level-1 price is shown. Price levels 2-7 and per-division/department prices are not included - open the Product master or the Mass Pricing page for those.
Why Figures Can Differ
- The cashier may sell at another price because of the customer price level, sales discount rules, customer special prices, or per-division prices - this list is only the default level-1 price.
- Products without units in the master data show an empty Selling Price column.
- DISC on this list is the unit's default discount, not a promotion discount computed by discount rules.
