Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Product Group, Product Code/Barcode | What to print: one group, one product, or every active product if empty. |
| Quantity Unit | The unit printed; default 1 = base unit. |
| Number of Barcodes per Product | How many labels for each product/unit. |
| Number of Columns | Labels per row on the sheet. |
| Column Width (mm), Row Height (mm), Margin (mm) | Size of each label and the inner margin - match the label paper in use. |
| Print Frame | Draws a border around each label; handy for testing positions on plain paper. |
How to Read the Result
- Each label carries the product code, name, unit name, and the unit's level-1 selling price.
- Defaults are 3 columns and 33 x 15 mm labels - a common shelf label size; change them to fit your paper.
- Only active products are printed.
Why Results Can Differ
- Label price differs from the cashier: the label uses the level-1 price; POS may use another price level, discount rules, or per-division prices.
- Need a barcode on the label? Use Print Product Barcode with Show Name and Show Price turned on.
- Labels are cut off: reduce the Margin or increase the Row Height; long product names need a taller row.
