Production Nearing Deadline
Running production orders approaching their deadline, drawn as a timeline per product. For the morning production meeting.
Questions It Answers
- Which production orders must finish this week?
- Which orders are past deadline but still running?
- Which products crowd the schedule most?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Department | Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Deadline in Days | Days between the deadline and today: positive not yet due, negative overdue. E.g. <= 3 for those due within three days, < 0 for late ones. |
| Status | Default In Production; change it to see other statuses. |
How To Read It
The result is a timeline chart, not a table: one row per product, its bar spanning Order Date to Expected Completion Date, labelled with the production order number. The same data (ordered, failed, produced quantities) is carried but not shown as columns.
The chart is for reading on screen; its export is an image, not figures.
Why The Result May Be Empty
- The Deadline in Days filter (default 0) with its chosen operator decides the result; clear the operator to see every deadline.
- Orders without a deadline date have no difference to compute and drop out when that filter is used.
- Orders without an Expected Completion Date have no bar length.
