Student List
Students from the Student master with class, period, address, and contact data. For manual attendance sheets, letters to parents, and matching against the national register.
Questions It Answers
- Who are the active students of 7-A this year?
- How many boys and girls per class?
- What is student X's address and phone number?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| School Level | One level (e.g. primary, junior) from the master. |
| Class | One class (e.g. grade 7) in that level. |
| Subclass | One classroom group (e.g. 7-A). |
| Student Status | Active, graduated, transferred, etc. from the Student Status master; empty means every status. |
| Gender | Male or female. |
How To Read It
One row per student: Student ID, Name, Class, Subclass, Learning Period, Address, Subdistrict, City, Province, Country, Birth Date, Gender, Telephone, Last Updated. Ordered by student ID.
Why The Data May Differ
- Without a Status filter, graduated or transferred students show too - fill Status for a real class list.
- Class and subclass are the current placement in the student master; placement history per period is not recorded.
