Farm Daily Recap
A different question from the daily report: not "how is one house doing" but "how are all houses doing today". Grouped per date with the houses beneath it.
When This Report Is Used
- Daily cross-house control, usually by a supervisor or the owner.
- When comparing houses on the same day.
How to Run It
- Fill in the required batch or house filter. Farm reports always ask for at least one, so the result does not drag in the whole history.
- Set the date range to match the question, for example one production week or a full cycle.
- Run the report, read the figures, then print or export once they look right.
How to Read the Result
- Read the daily subtotal first, then drill into the house whose figures stand out.
- HD differences between houses on the same day usually point at animal age or feed quality.
- A house with an empty row on a date simply has no daily record entered yet.
Common Problems
- A house never appears: its batch has not been created, or its status is already Closed.
- The result is empty: check the batch filter and date range first, then add other filters one at a time.
- Numbers disagree with another report: make sure the date range and batch selected are exactly the same.
