Filters

Filter What it does
Tax Type Required on the per-invoice variants: the VAT type from the Tax master whose lines are exported (its tax code is written into the XML).
Sales Date Required. The tax period: invoice date range; the period month and year come from its start date.
Sales Invoice, Division, Department, Customer, Sales Representative, Service Staff, Brand, Serial Number, Customer Group Extra filters when only some invoices are reported.
Sales Quantity Default > 0: zero-quantity lines are not exported.
Sales Time Limits to certain hours when one day is split across files.

The Four Variants

Variant Content
E-Faktur Report TaxInvoiceBulk XML: one tax invoice per sales invoice, one line per product, buyer identified by tax ID. Includes every receipt kind (invoices and cashier).
E-Faktur Report National ID The same, but Sales invoices only (no cashier receipts) and buyer identity from customer data for individual buyers.
E-Faktur Non Tax Report RetailInvoiceBulk XML: sales aggregated per invoice (gross - discount per invoice) for end consumers without identity; Tax Type optional.
E-Faktur Combined Report Like Non Tax, but Sales invoices only.
How to use: run the right variant, then export the result and save it as an XML file; open it in the tax application through its import menu. Company identity (tax ID) comes from the Company master.
