Stock Offer
The Stock Offer report shows every offer together with the purchases referring to it, so the quota, the amount sold, and the remainder are visible in one place.
When to Use This Report
- When the remaining quota of each offer needs checking.
- When the purchases referring to an offer need tracing.
- When management reviews which offers are still published.
How to Use
- Fill in the date period carefully because most reports read transactions by date.
- Run the report, then check totals and details before printing or exporting.
- Save or export the result when it is needed for reconciliation or audit.
How to Read the Results
- Each offer shows the offered, sold, and remaining amounts; all three are computed from approved purchases.
- The detail under an offer lists the purchases referring to it, including their approval status.
- An offer no longer published usually means its quota is exhausted.
Common Issues
- An offer does not appear: check the offer date filter.
- The sold figure does not match: purchases not yet approved are not counted.
