Delivery per Customer and Sales Order
Delivery notes grouped by customer. For answering "what has been delivered to me" without opening each delivery note.
Questions It Answers
- What has been delivered to customer X this period?
- How many deliveries did that customer receive, and who is the rep?
- Which customers has a given product been delivered to?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the delivery notes. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Department | Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Product Code | One product only - handy for tracing the history of a single item. |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
How To Read It
Nested result: Customer (code, name, address) > Delivery note (number, rep, date) > product rows with Quantity and Unit. Like Delivery Order, no money values.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- The customer comes from the delivery note; if the ship-to differs from the ordering customer, the delivery-note customer is what shows.
- To see deliveries per SO without customer grouping, use the Delivery Order report with the Sales Order filter.
