Delivery Order
Delivery notes per division with products and quantities - no money values. For the warehouse and the courier: what went out, when, to whom.
Questions It Answers
- What was shipped today from this division?
- Which delivery notes carried a given product?
- Which deliveries were made for SO number X?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Transaction Date | Date range of the delivery notes. Empty means the whole history - slow on years of data, so always fill it. |
| Division | Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it. |
| Department | Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set. |
| Product Code | One product only - handy for tracing the history of a single item. |
| Sales Order | SO number - exact (=) or partial (like). The fastest way to see every delivery of one order. |
How To Read It
Nested result: Division > Delivery note (number, customer, date, SO number) > product rows with Code, Name, Unit, Quantity. No price columns - this report is about physical goods.
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Quantities here are what was shipped, not what was ordered; compare with the Sales Order report for the remainder.
- The Product Code and Department filters limit lines, not delivery notes: the note still shows with only the matching lines.
- Deliveries already invoiced are still listed - this report does not distinguish invoice status.
