Customer Rewards
Reward products that went out on Sales invoices, summed per product. For controlling stock and the cost of the reward programme.
Questions It Answers
- How many units of reward product X were given away this month?
- What is the total value of rewards given this period?
- Which rewards do customers take most?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | Date range of the reward lines (invoice date). |
| Customer | One customer only. A role locked to a specific customer gets it pre-filled and read-only. |
| Product | One reward product. |
How To Read It
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Product Code, Product Name, Serial Number, Expiration Date | The reward product, split by serial/expiry when present. |
| Quantity, Unit | Reward units given minus those returned. |
| Subtotal | Quantity x the reward price recorded on the line - the value of the reward, not what the customer was billed. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Rewards on approved Sales invoices, POS cashier receipts included - POS is stored as an ordinary invoice. Left out: sales returns and opening receivable balances.
- Rewards come from the Reward Rules when the invoice is saved; changing the rules does not change rewards on old invoices.
- This report does not filter on invoice approval status.
- To see who received the rewards, use Customer Reward Details.
