Employee Attendance
Every employee attendance from the attendance app: time in and out, working hours, breaks, lateness, overtime, with photos, locations, and field job routes. The day-by-day proof of attendance.
Questions It Answers
- When did employee X clock in and out yesterday, and from where?
- Who was more than 30 minutes late this month?
- How much break was taken in one working day?
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Start Time In | A single date (=) or a range (between) of check-in time. The main period filter. |
| End of Work Time | Filter by check-out time. |
| Employee, Employee Group | One employee, or one group. |
| Late (minutes), Hours Counted as Overtime, Working Hours | Filter by number - e.g. Late > 0 for latecomers only. |
| Cancelled | Toggle off (default): valid attendance only. On: cancelled ones only. |
How To Read It
One block per attendance (one check-in), ordered by time in.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Start Time In, End of Work Time | Check-in and check-out times; an empty check-out means not yet out or forgot to clock out. |
| Working Hours, Break Hours, Late, Hours Counted as Overtime | Computed by the app from the applicable working hours (Working Hours master) at check-out. |
| Breaks | Each break: start, end, length. |
| Job Route | For field staff: every recorded work point (start, finish, hours, note) and its map. |
| Photos & locations | Photo and coordinates at check-in/check-out, when captured. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Lateness and overtime are computed against the working hours attached to that attendance; changing the Working Hours master does not recompute old records.
- Cancelled attendance is hidden unless the Cancelled toggle is on.
- For totals per employee use Attendance Summary; this report is per day.
