Filters

Filter What it does
Transaction Date Required, a date-and-time range. Sales are counted within it; stock is taken as of its end.
Division Pre-filled from the user role's default division. A role locked to one division cannot change it.
Department Limits to one department (warehouse/outlet) inside the division; pre-filled from the role default when set.
Brand One brand, or empty for all. This choice also sets the denominator of Share of Market.

How To Read It

One block per brand; rows are that brand's active products.

Column Meaning
Balance Stock as of the filter end date (in - out), in the chosen division/department.
Selling Out Quantity sold minus returns, converted to the base unit (quantity 1 in the unit master). Invoices and cashier receipts count.
Share of Market (%) Product's Selling Out / total Selling Out of all brands in the filter x 100. With a Brand filter set, the denominator is that brand alone - so 100% is split among its own products.
Penetration (%) Distinct customers who bought the product / active customers in the master x 100.
Avg Sell / Customer Selling Out / number of buying customers.
Selling Price Base-unit selling price from the master.
