FAQ on Pricing, Subscription, and Visitor Questions
Answers to what prospective customers ask most before and after trying Acosys: pricing and plans, how to subscribe and pay, app downloads, and a few frequently asked features.
How much does Acosys cost, and what are the plans?
- Acosys (cloud/SaaS) is sold monthly in three plans: Starter (from $15/month, 2 users), Growth (from $29/month, 5 users), and Business (from $49/month, 10 users). Current figures, user quotas, and the cost calculator are on the Pricing page of the Acosys site (
acosys.co.id/page/pricing). - Major modules such as CRM, School, Queue, Approval Workflow, Equity, and Farm are separately priced add-ons; the base plans already include sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and POS.
- Users beyond the plan quota and extra employees are charged per person per month.
- In short, the Acosys cloud cost is a monthly subscription price starting at $15 per month; how much it costs depends on the plan and the number of users, and there is no setup fee.
- Acosys (installed on your own server / self-hosted) is sold as a one-time licence plus add-ons - there is no public price page; contact the sales team through the WhatsApp button on the site.
Prices on this page reflect the time of writing; the Pricing page on the site is always the one that applies.
Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Acosys offers a 3-month free trial with no credit card: create your own company database through the Create Database page on the site, pick a plan, and log in right away. Data entered during the trial is kept when you subscribe.
- For Acosys, request a demo or trial through the sales team.
How do I subscribe to Acosys?
- Go to the Create Database page on the Acosys site, fill in the company ID and admin details, choose a plan and add-ons, complete the 4 steps - the database is ready in minutes and you are taken to the login.
- After the trial, continue by choosing a term: monthly, Go Live 6 months, or Annual Saver 15 months with a 10% annual discount. Renewals and plan upgrades are done from the Upgrade and Renew Tenant page or through the Acosys team.
- For self-hosted Acosys: the Acosys team installs the application on your server and activates the licence.
Can payment be made in instalments?
- Acosys billing follows the chosen term: pay monthly, or at once for a longer period at a discount. An instalment scheme is not on the Pricing page - for special payment arrangements, contact the sales team on WhatsApp.
- Payment is made online from the renewal page; manual bank transfers are verified by the team before the change is applied.
Where do I download the Acosys app for Android, Windows, or Mac?
- All download links are on the Download page of the Acosys site. The Android app is on Google Play; the desktop app (Windows/Mac) is Acosys Client, also used for POS printing and for broadcasting queue screens on the local network.
- The cloud edition of Acosys also runs straight in a browser with nothing to download.
Does Acosys support digital scales?
- Yes. The Point of Sale form has a Barcode Decoder (Digital Scale) setting that reads weight-embedded barcodes from scales: the product code and weight/price are split from one barcode according to the pattern you set.
What does the "Use Order via QR Code" switch in Point of Sale do?
- It enables self-ordering from the table: customers scan the QR code at their table, choose from the menu on the Order via QR Code page, and the order lands at the POS cashier. It works together with the Use Tables switch; each table's QR is printed with the Print Table QR Code report.
- Without this switch, the QR ordering page refuses and tables are used only by the cashier to record orders.
How do I connect a kitchen or bar printer to the POS?
- Install Acosys Client on the cashier computer - all POS printing goes through it (USB, network, Bluetooth, serial).
- Create a printer profile in Acosys Client, then in the app open POS Order Printer: one row per area (kitchen, bar, production) deciding which printer receives which items. The cashier receipt is set separately in POS Cashier Printer.
- If items do not print in the kitchen: match the printer profile name, make sure Acosys Client is running, and check the product groups routed to that printer.
How do I let a technician see my screen?
- Go to Help → Request Remote Support, sign in with your Acosys account, then tell the technician the session ID and one-time password. The technician can only view, not click or type, and the session can be ended at any time.
Which languages are supported?
- The application interface is available in 13 languages: Indonesian, English, Arabic, Spanish, Filipino, French, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Tetum, Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese. The language is chosen per user; this documentation is in Indonesian and English.
