What Is Shown

| Total Billed, Total Paid, Total Discount, Arrears, Collection Rate | All scheduled bills against all payments; rate = paid / billed. |
| Received Today, Received This Month, Transactions | Payments by transaction date. |
| Billed Students, Students in Arrears | How many students have a schedule, how many still carry a balance. |
| Receipts per Month (Last 12 Months) | Trend chart. |
| Paid vs Arrears per Payment Item / per Subclass | Tuition, building fee, etc., and per classroom group. |
| Largest Arrears per Student, Latest Payments | Lists for follow-up. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Without a Student Payment Schedule the dashboard is empty: bills and arrears are computed from schedules.
- All periods are summed, not only the current school year; for a dated position use Student Arrears.
- Discounts reduce arrears like payments do.
