The Academics module's opening page: active students and their composition, levels/classes/subclasses/teachers, the current period, and current-period average scores per subject and per subclass. No filters.
Questions It Answers
- How many active students now, boys and girls?
- Which subclass is fullest, and who is its homeroom teacher?
- Which subject has the lowest average score this period?
What Is Shown
| Part | Meaning |

| Total Active Students, Male, Female | Students with active status in the master. |
| Levels, Classes, Subclasses, Active Teachers | Master counts. |
| Current Period | The learning period containing today (or the latest). |
| Students per Subclass, Subclass Detail | Students per classroom group with class and homeroom teacher. |
| Gender Composition, Student Status, Extracurricular Participants | Composition charts. |
| Average Score per Subject / per Subclass, Grade Distribution | From scores entered for the current period. |
Why The Numbers May Differ
- Scores are from the current period only; older periods are excluded - see Student Report Card.
- Extracurricular participants are counted from entered extracurricular scores, not enrolment.
- Active status follows the Student Status master entries flagged active.
