Customer Information

Customer Information is a simple search page for customers or front-desk staff. It provides product information search and, if the reward point package is active, a customer points balance search.

When to Use

When users want to look up product information with a simpler display.
When the store sets up a product search screen for customers or front-desk staff.
When the package reward_point is active and customers need to check their points balance.

How to Use

Open the menu Products & Inventory / Product Catalog / Customer Information.
On the product search tab, enter a product keyword and run the search.
If the customer points tab is available, enter the customer code to see the points information.
If the result is wrong, fix the data in the Product master, prices, or the customer reward data.

Things to Note

The reward point tab only appears if the application package includes reward_point.
The filter labels, preview, and search button are set directly by the page component.
The data shown still follows the report definition, so column fixes are made in the related report.
