Pipeline Board
Every open deal laid out as one column per stage. Supervisors use it to see where deals pile up; salesmen use it to move a deal the moment it progresses.
How To Read It
- Each column is a stage; its header shows the number of deals and the total estimated value in that stage.
- Each card shows the deal name, its customer or lead, the salesman, the expected close, and the estimated value.
- Won and lost deals do not appear. The board is a working tool for what is still in play; finished deals are read in the funnel report.
Moving a Deal
- Press the arrow icon on the card.
- Choose the target stage.
- The board reloads. The deal probability follows its new stage.
Moving into a won stage requires the Sales Order to be filled, and into a lost stage requires a reason. If refused, open the deal, complete it, and move it again.
Worth Knowing
- The board respects permissions: a locked salesman sees only his own deals.
- A pile-up in one column is a signal, not decoration. Deals stuck at Credit Qualification mean the problem is approval, not price.
- A permanently empty last column means deals rarely reach the end — check the lost reasons in the funnel report.
