About Acosys
About Acosys shows the application version, database version, activation information, user/employee limits, validity period, and the list of features active on the application licence.
When to Use
- When support asks for the application and database version in use.
- When the admin wants to check the maximum users and employees allowed by the licence.
- When you need to confirm that package features such as POS, accounting, payroll, or others are actually active.
- When the admin needs to check the MAC address, domain, or Machine ID for activation and support.
How to Use
- Open the menu Help / App Information / About Acosys.
- Check Acosys Version and Database Version.
- Check the activation information such as MAC address, domain, Machine ID, expiry date, max users, and max employees.
- Look at the feature list; an active toggle shows a package available for that installation.
Things to Note
- The feature list follows the installed application package and the active licence.
- If a required feature is not active, the related menu may not appear or may not be usable.
