Details and Relations
- This form has no detail table. The data is saved directly from the main fields.
What Happens After Saving
- The status can be selected in the student master data and used to filter reports.
- Statuses marked Counts as Still Enrolled determine which students are included in mass billing generation and Pull Classmates. As long as no status is marked, the application uses the old rule: status number 1 is considered active.
- Changing a status name can affect how users read student data history.
- If the code or name is empty, the application rejects the save.
Common Problems
- Status cannot be saved: check the status code and name.
- Status is hard to understand: use the same terms as the school's SOP.
- Duplicate status: search for a status with the same meaning before creating new data.
