When to Use This Form

When the school prepares groups of additional scores outside the main exams.
When several other assessments need to be combined for academic reports.
When the additional score structure changes according to school policy.

Before You Start

Prepare the list of other assessments that will go into this group.

Workflow

Open Academics / Academic Masters / Other Assessment Group.
Enter the group code and name according to the school's academic terms.
Add the other assessments that belong to the group.
Check that no assessment ends up in the wrong group.
Click Save so the group can be used in assessments and score reports.

Details and Relations

Other Assessments contains the list of score components that are members of this group.

What Happens After Saving

The group can be used to group additional score components in academic reports.
Changing the assessment list can affect score grouping in reports.
If the code or name is incomplete, the application rejects the save.

Common Problems

Group cannot be saved: check the group code and name.
Score component does not appear: check the selected assessment list.
Score report is in the wrong group: check the link between the assessment and its group.

User Checklist
