Other Assessments stores additional score components outside subject exams, complete with the group and assessment type used.

When to Use This Form
- When the school adds additional score components such as attitude, practical work, memorization, assignments, or special activities.
- When score components need to be grouped for academic reports.
- When the assessment type for the component needs adjusting.
Before You Start
- Make sure the other assessment group and exam assessment type have been created.
- Prepare the score component names according to the terms teachers use.
Workflow
- Open Academics / Academic Masters / Other Assessments.
- Enter an assessment code and name that teachers can easily understand.
- Select the appropriate assessment group and assessment type.
- Add a description if the score component needs a special explanation.
- Click Save so the component can be used in additional score entry.

Details and Relations
- This form has no detail table. The data is saved directly from the main fields.
What Happens After Saving
- The score component can be used in students' additional assessment entry.
- Changing the group or assessment type can affect how scores read in reports.
- If a required reference has not been selected, the application rejects the save.
Common Problems
- Assessment cannot be saved: check the code, name, group, and assessment type.
- Scores do not go into the correct group: check the assessment group.
- Duplicate score component: search for the code or name before creating new data.
