Queue Ticket
Every queue number ever issued, with its status, counter, officer, and key timestamps. A read-only list for tracing one number.
When To Open It
- A customer says "my number was skipped" - find it and see when it was called, how many times, by which counter.
- Checking why a ticket is Transferred or Cancelled.
- Seeing where a ticket came from: kiosk, online (QR), or staff.
Columns To Watch
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ticket Number, Date, Service, Number | A-012 on that date; Number is its sequence. |
| Status | Waiting, Called, Serving, Finished, No Show, Transferred, or Cancelled. |
| Priority, Source | Normal/Priority; Kiosk/Online/Staff. |
| Counter, Officer | Who called and served it. |
| Issued At, Called At, Serving Started, Finished At | The ticket's timeline. |
| Call Count | How many times it was called, recalls included. |
| Wait, Service (seconds) | Filled when the ticket finishes; this is what the SLA report reads. |
| Transferred From | The original ticket when this one was born from a transfer. |
Why It Cannot Be Edited
Tickets are history. A hand-typed row would quarrel with the number counter and call history with nothing to adjudicate - so only the kiosk and counter screens may write them.
This list is read-only: no add, edit, or delete buttons. Its rows are written by the kiosk and the counter screens.
