Counter Session
When each counter was opened and closed, by which officer, and how many were served in that session.
When To Open It
- The counter says "already open under another officer": find the session still Open and have that officer close it.
- Measuring counter hours and productivity per session.
Columns To Watch

| Counter, Officer, Division | Who at which counter. |
| Opened, Closed | Session times. |
| Status | Open, Break, or Closed. |
| Served Count | Tickets finished in this session. |
Why It Cannot Be Edited
Sessions are opened and closed from the counter screen; a session left Open is closed by its officer, not deleted.
This list is read-only: no add, edit, or delete buttons. Its rows are written by the kiosk and the counter screens.
