Blocked Reservation Time
Blocked Reservation Time closes a rental product (a court or room) for a time range, for example turf maintenance or an internal event, so customers cannot book it.
When To Use This Form
- Court maintenance, room repairs, or an internal event at specific hours.
- Closing a unit for several days without deactivating it.
Fields To Watch

| Table | The rental product being closed. Only active Leased tables in groups that are Open for Reservations are listed. |
| Start Date, enddate (end date) | The start and end of the range with their times. Slots that overlap this range show as Taken. The end date label may show as the column name. |
| Notes | The reason for the block. Required. |
Things To Remember
- A block only prevents new bookings and reschedules into that range. Existing reservations in the same range are not cancelled; move or cancel them from the Reservation Calendar.
- To reopen, change the range or delete the row.
